All sales are final. Due to the consumable nature of hemp products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, flavor preference, or product effects.

Limited exceptions

We will replace or refund only if:

• Damaged or defective on arrival (photos required within 72 hours of delivery).

• Wrong item received (contact us within 72 hours).

• Carrier-confirmed lost package (after a claim is completed).

In these cases we may require the item to be returned (unopened) or destroyed per our instructions before a replacement/refund is issued.

Order cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours if they have not shipped. After shipment, the order is final.

Non-returnable items

Opened products, used hardware, clearance items, and any package with a broken seal are not eligible for return.

Compliance & age

We ship only where legal and only to customers 21+. Orders canceled due to age or state restrictions will be refunded minus any shipping/processing fees.
