📦 Shipping & Returns Policy

Processing Time

Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing and production before shipment.

Shipping Options & Timeframes

We currently offer USPS Priority Shipping only within the United States (no international shipping).

  • Average transit time: 4–8 business days, depending on destination.

  • Free Priority Shipping: Orders over $99 ship free via USPS Priority.

Shipping timelines are estimates only. Delivery becomes the carrier’s responsibility once your package leaves our facility.
Delays may occur due to holidays, weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Legal Compliance & Buyer Responsibility

We comply with the 2018 Farm Bill, which legalized hemp products containing less than 0.3% Δ9 THC on a dry weight basis.

State Laws Vary: Some states restrict or prohibit hemp-derived cannabinoids (including Delta-8 and THCa).
It is the buyer’s responsibility to know and understand their state and local laws before placing an order.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that our products are legal in your jurisdiction and agree to hold the seller harmless for any shipping or possession issues in your state.

Restricted States

Orders containing restricted items will be canceled and refunded if the shipping address is located in a state where those products are not permitted.
State laws change frequently, and we update our restricted list as regulations evolve.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet shipped.
After shipment, all sales are final.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Lost, Seized, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or seized by carriers, law enforcement, or regulatory agencies.
Once a package leaves our facility, liability transfers to the shipping carrier and/or buyer.
Refunds will not be issued for orders seized by authorities or rejected due to non-compliance with state laws.

🚚 Local Delivery Disclaimer

All local deliveries are fulfilled the same way as shipped orders. Each package is:

  • Sealed and labeled in compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill (≤0.3% Δ9 THC).

  • Accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis (COA) and hemp-compliance notice.

  • Delivered only to the shipping address provided at checkout.

By placing an order, the buyer agrees to the following:

  • Responsibility: Buyer understands and complies with all local hemp laws.

  • No In-Person Transactions: WaxBio Labs does not offer customer pickups. All orders must be placed and paid online prior to delivery.

  • Final Sale: All sales are final; no refunds for delays or legal restrictions.

  • Age Requirement: Buyer affirms they are 21 years or older (or of legal age in their jurisdiction).

Local delivery is provided strictly as a courier-style service for pre-paid online orders. WaxBio Labs operates exclusively under the hemp provisions of the 2018 Farm Bill and applicable California hemp regulations.
